Guests report contradictory experiences at this hotel, with some praising the friendly staff and cleanliness, while others describe severe hygiene issues including cockroaches, bed bugs, and mold.
The location is conveniet to everthing staff was very polite and courteous at all times, my suggest is that an elevator would be great to have in order to get to the second floor for those who might be disabled and like being on the upper floor and the vending machines should be visible overall great place
First impression: Outdated Once you get past that you'll see their lovely collection of mold in the bathroom, and if you manage to turn a blind eye to all the cockroaches, ants, and stink bugs, you then get to sleep with a whole herd of bed bugs. To which the owners say, " we don't have bugs." and proceed to do nothing about it. A/C's and TV's are also problematic for this nasty hotel. All in all, I'd stay here again if and only if I was ready to off myself. I figure I would go pretty quick due to the infections, and/or diseases that are obviously abundant. Also, there is not a gym or a pool (there is, but they never clean it up enough to use it). If you do stay here, have a great night, and just know that someone out here is rooting for you. ??
Brittany and Amy were very Sweet and kind to us ??! Made me my son and daughter feel welcomed, safe and loved! Rooms and complete hotel was clean with no stale onion smell you get at most hotels. Breakfast was delicious ? and cooked with love ??! We will definitely be back for a weekend stay! Thank you so much again For your far beyond hospitality Amy and Brittany!
The staff is quite friendly, Piya I believe her name was, was really sweet she resolved my problem that I had with the refrigerator in my room in a matter of a few minutes. Amy was a sweetheart ! Laura or Lauren, she acted like she couldn’t do anything.I was at this hotel for work due to an Ice Freeze over which required us to stay within 5-7mi within our hospital. I choose the closest hotel which was this one, I booked Sat-Sun but needed to extend my stay until Mon morning. I went to the desk to ask Laura to extend it and she said the computers were down and that she couldn’t do anything and that she’d contact me when they started working so I said ok. I get to work, kinda nervous bc I know all of my belongings are still in the room due to me being sure i’d extend my stay. I didn’t hear from Laura or Lauren ( i don’t remember her name) so I decided to call the hotel and she clearly forgot to contact me and stated that the system was still down and she said that I had to contact Booking.com to extend my stay and that she was about to clock out and leave for the day and that she’d tell her relief person about my situation. So I called Booking and they ended up calling the hotel anyways like I initially did so I don’t know what the point of calling Booking was going to do. Laura or Lauren told the representative of Booking that her system was still down and even he was confused. Around 10:30am I get a call from Quality Inn stating that Housekeeping is about to clean my room and it was showed that my stuff was still in my room. I explained the situation again to Laura’s or Lauren’s relief and she got me booked less than 15 mins. Soooo I wonder how bad Lauren’s system really was down or she just wanted to go home that bad that she couldn’t just book my room. I just don’t like how that situation was handled. Now let’s talk about the duplicate charge that hit my account- I was charged 137.76 for my room TWICE. I was told it was a holding fee but I was also told the holding fee was only $100. So that means I was charged twice and I do believe the terminal charged me twice bc I HIGHLY doubt they’d try and do that intentionally so I give grace on that situation due to the not so great wifi they have. So please watch ur cards, I am hoping I get that money back. Last but not least, the room. The room itself was fine but I did not like the door that connected to another room. As a lady, that was by herself that could’ve ended badly. I just hope with the rate they are charging guest that they use that to upgrade their hotel. It wasn’t a terrible stay but it wasn’t great.
Cockroaches crawling around as we entered the room. Hotel smelled of weed. Hair in the bed. Floor was sticky. Their website says it's a 30$ pet fee, upon checking out they they charged our card 90$, which is more than the cost of the room. Cost of the room shouldn't even be that high. Our pet didnt even bark, much less leave any sort of mess. We went back in and they claimed they were going to refund us, but thats yet to be determined. These people will quite literally try to rob you blind. Choose somewhere else.
When we arrived at the hotel, it was very late. We checked into our rooms and discovered cockroaches. Not just one or two but a mess of them. Along with the bugs in our room and my grandson‘s room, our microwave was filled with mold. Would not recommend this hotel at all .Worst experience from quality Inn. Needless to say, we left the hotel at 1 AM in the morning and found somewhere else to stay.
