I stayed here for a business trip. It was an extremely pleasant stay. The hotel smells sooo good! I had to ask what were they using & ordered it for my home! Very clean & welcoming atmosphere. Courteous & attentive staff. Christy (or Kristy) @ the front desk called me in my room to ensure everything was sufficient. I LOVE that type of customer service! The property itself is well-kept. I would definitely recommend staying here! ?? Ohhh..I especially liked how you must swipe your key card on the elevator to get to your floor. As a solo business traveler, safety is vital. Thank you guys for going above & beyond! ?

Latoya was absolutely wonderful getting us checked in, considering We arrived and booked 2 rooms last minute the day before Thanksgiving. She was friendly and very helpful! Judy was great when we checked out. She was friendly and i enjoyed talking with her. The rooms are spacious and clean. And the breakfast was great!

Could not have asked for front desk personnel to be any kinder or more helpful. Breakfast was well handled and it was replenished often. Tables were wiped as soon as someone got up. Great location and convenient to get to, well lit and so many restaurants, grocery store and shopping 1/10 mile away. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I wish hotel would put something on doors to keep them from slamming. Can’t dogs be kept on one floor? Why do they have to be on every floor? Saw them on floor 2 and 4. The guests that don’t care for animals are forced to be in rooms that have housed a dog. Gross. Housekeeping might want to take a look at cleaning exterior shower pan, what is this?

Stayed at this hotel twice now whilst visiting family. Its like home from home. Lovely pool and patio area. Rooms are spacious and clean. Good location with stores and restaurants in walking distance. A good breakfast and would just like to say how lovely and hard working the Italian lady is that works in the breakfast buffet. She looks after everyone and is such a pleasure to see every morning and even remembered us from our last visit. All staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend ?

The staff at this hotel made our stay exceptional. William at the front desk was very welcoming & friendly. Just a great attitude. Nice to have that greeting after a long travel day. We had a medical emergency that ended up at the ER. It was very stressful but Judy at the front desk was so kind & thoughtful. She went above & beyond to help me in this situation. She had fresh baked cookies waiting for us when we returned from the hospital. She knew my husband liked the fresh baked cookies they provide at 4:00 pm every day! The weekend breakfast person (didn’t get her name) went above & beyond to ensure we had everything we needed each morning. She actually made the waffle for me & brought it to my table Start to finish a wonderful hotel with great staff. Clean hotel & great location.

I had the privilege of staying at this hotel for 7 days with my son’s baseball team from New York, and I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The rooms were clean, the food was great—but what truly made our stay exceptional was the Assistant General Manager, William Donovan. William went above and beyond for our group. He helped us coordinate team dinner plans, kept an eye on the boys to make sure they were respectful in the lobby, and was always available to assist the families with anything we needed. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were simply spectacular. I truly wish more hotels had managers like William—his hospitality made all the difference in our stay. Highly recommend!
