This place discriminated against service animals. I have a trained and registered service dog and I was denied. A hotel cannot legally refuse service to a person with a disability due to a service animal, as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires service animals to be allowed in all areas open to the public. Hotels must make reasonable modifications to their policies, such as waiving "no pet" rules or pet fees, for service animals. A hotel may only exclude a service animal if it is not housebroken, out of control, or poses a direct threat to the health and safety of others, and even then, they must give the individual the option of staying without the animal. I should call the cops on this place
Extremely rude and horrible customer service! I booked online and had to change dates. I had confirmation and everything was set. I got a call at almost 10 pm to confirm then upon check in was told that I was being charged the entire week when I was only staying 4 days. Then he “made adjustments” and marked me as a no show on Expedia so my itinerary disappeared. After paying and going back to work I got a hostile phone call saying I either pay the full week or leave. Then when I went in that evening to discuss they argued with me and demanded the full week again. Never again will I return. We stayed one night because it was late and I have kids. The beds are tiny, the rooms stink, the blankets are stained. It was AWFUL!!!
The room was absolutely filthy! Mold in and around the bathub and around the bathroom faucet. The little refrigerator is not working well and is rotting away at the bottom from an accumulation of rust. My boyfriend has been there for two months working on a construction project, I was there this past weekend visiting with him. Housekeeping comes in ONLY TO TAKE THE GARBAGE OUT. I do not recommend this place, it is filthy.
Great, inexpensive hotel. Nice front desk manager. Good size TV, A/C, refrigerator and microwave. Good place to stay for a night, weekend or rent by the week.
This place is great. everything u could need is very close distance. The rooms are clean and the people here are nice. My only complaint is that if u don't pay by 10:30am to 11:30 am as stated by rules they hunt u down via knocking on door and phone calls to room. When u give a reasonable response they interrupt u constantly and won't let you talk. U make an agreement with them and they lose patience with the agreement the next day. The banks were closed for memorial day and we were told when we woke up we could go to the bank to cash our check so we could pay. They called the phone and said we promised to pay by 9am which was false. I suggest every one sets an alarm to go pay early.not to mention my man didn't get back till 2 to 3 in the morning. They need to work on patience and stop interrupting customers.
