Our stay started off great but ended horribly. We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights each. On the 3rd night—the most expensive and critical night of our stay—there were total noise disturbances. They were so severe I could not get any sleep. I contacted the front desk several times, but that did not help at all. The disturbances continued throughout the night. The front desk acted as if they would help or offer some type of accommodations, which they did not. I am a Titanium member and normally always have great experiences with this hotel chain. However, management totally ignored my complaints and concerns, which is totally unethical. Beware of the smiling faces. This establishment lies and deliberately ignores their supposedly valued customers. That was completely unacceptable.

Great hotel for the price. Good location, staff was friendly, and it was clean. Breakfast was just ok, but filling, no better and no worse than any other place. The first room I got assigned was next to the elevator and was extremely noisy through the wall, but staff moved me no problems. I did have to downsize from a king bed to two doubles which isn’t ideal for someone my height but I made it work. The only complaint would be the beds themselves. They were all very hard. But not enough of a complaint to bring my rating down. I would recommend. Side note: the water pressure in the shower was amazing.

Took our kids on a mini vacation here, just 20 minutes from Woodstock, indoor pool, room with a Jacuzzi! The kids loved it! The breakfast they serve is also very good!

Clean. Mostly friendly staff. Was worth the cost. Just wanted to add a shout out to the housekeeping and front staff for finding our lost item and holding it to be picked up. Refreshing to see such honesty these days. Thank you!

Absolutely the most disgusting place I’ve ever seen in my entire life. Honestly, I’m surprised this place is still in business. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! Not only has the rooms not been actually cleaned and God only knows when with bugs in the floor nasty mold in the tub. The breakfast is absolutely a joke. If there was an option to rate what this nasty hotel should be rated it’d be more like a -10. We did not even stay or sleep in the bed. Honestly, I was a bit afraid to even look underneath the covers.

Was there on Business. Room was comfortable and clean. The in-room hot tub was nice as well. Beds were firm.

We stayed this past weekend, 2 nights, everything was fine. Service was good, the sheets were soooo soft. Quality was worth the price. Its now tuesday and I have $15 fraudulent charge on my credit card so I called the hotel just to make sure it wasnt them. I spoke to Sarah at the front desk and she verified it was NOT the hotel. She was super helpful and so nice. As we go to Jeepfest every year, we will be staying here and no where else in the future. Highly recommend! Thank you Sarah and staff for your hospitality!

We have been in vacation for 5 days and this was the best experience we have had with hotels. Amazing service and rooms comfortable. Door to bathroom was hard to close. Definitely would stay there again
