Sweety is the best front desk person! And the male manager is pleasant too. The room was clean, hotel was clean, and worth every penny to stay here! Good job!!

The front desk receptionist was not accommodating at all. The room itself smell bad did not have a mini fridge even though when I booked the room it said it had a mini fridge nor did it have a microwave. The overall experience was terrible.

Terrible. Booked the room for 2 nights. Room never got cleaned for the second night had to turn in the used bath towels to get fresh ones. Tissue box was empty they said they ran out. No morning coffee. Fixtures in the bathroom were coming off the wall. I suggest hotels on the west side of 575 pricing is pretty much the same in this area.

stayed in room 304, the bathroom fan did not work for who nows how long before we stayed, which led to the bathroom being full of mold on the ceilings and on/in the walls. Holes in the walls from moisture were apparent in the bathroom where you could see mold growing all behind it. The walls around this area were squishy to the touch. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen from anyone who has a mold allergy, or is sensitive to mold.

I would like to say that at the motel six I received wonderful delightful service at all times the management here is outstanding and are honorable and kind my stays at this motel six feels like home. I’m very grateful for the people at the Motel 6 and they need to be recognized for their excellence in service.

All the staff all the housekeepers, maintaince, and the management team at this fine establishment of Motel 6 and they have been nothing but great to me for the past few months since I've been going through some struggles and staying at this beautiful hotel. I like to thank Destiny, Amara, Leanna, and Brianna, personally, for all their hard work and dedication for taking care of the community and working at this fine establishment I want to thank them all and I feel welcomed and I always do when I book here thank you guys come here!

I booked these rooms two weeks in advance based on the pictures of the outside. I thought it was gonna be beautiful. When I checked in there was I guess a local Resident that lived at the hotel talking to the desk clerk after about five minutes of waiting, I handed her my ID and told her I was ready to check in And didn’t feel like waiting for their conversation to be over. the lobby was OK. There were three dogs that were there. When I got to my room First thing I noticed there was no carpet, second thing there was a funny smell third thing I noticed the room was already occupied… He was crawling on the bed I went to my daughter’s room, To tell her not to put anything down and that we were leaving, and she said her room was Occupied as well… They were having a full-blown party in there I went downstairs. Customer service was good. She refunded my money immediately. Unless you want to Share your room with unauthorized occupants stay away from this hotel/motel.

Room is decently cleaned. Beds are comfortable. Toilet is really loud to flush. Shower is good with nice water pressure. Really can’t complain for the price. Right next to Walmart and many restaurants.

My family and I have been here for a month or so and since I've been it's been great the staff is wonderful always nice customer service. The 3 women that works at the front desk is so amazing it's never a dull moment. This is one of the best hotel I've stayed. If you need some where to stay for a night, days or even weeks trust me you won't be disappointed. I haven't had not one problem since staying here. Oh let me not forget how clean the entire hotel is the housekeepers are great so if your ever in Canton please stop by.

Had 4 of us in a single bed room, was told they’d switch as soon as they got a double cleaned (never happened). I always loved it bc it was affordable and nice, but the rooms are run down and just not as clean as they were before. The vending machines for food is kinda a joke, but it is motel 6 so not really that bummed about it. Cracker Barrel is right up the road. And they haven’t answered their phone in 2 days and we’ve been trying to get in touch with them about something that was left behind. Overall it’s probably one of the only motels around that does not have bed bugs for the price you pay.
