Good: First of all Customer Service was great, the young lady Mrs Cindy was amazing! Very attentive, and professional! So grateful we still find good workers out there, lol. Location is good, Walmart, gas station, restaurants, shopping options near by. Safe area. At checkout “Smith” (India accent) not sure got the spelling right, he was great, professional and kind as well and provided a $20 credit due to inconvenience mentioned below. Bad: visited this place about 7 years ago and it was definitely better, now it is very outdated, found three small roaches, a/c had no cooling at all, luckily I brought my own box fan, and still warm at night for me. There was no tissue paper provided. No comforter (didn’t need one anyway but will make room look better) There was dust on top of the microwave. Shower handle was loose and will move by itself while showering. Halls smell musty. Bed was not so comfortable and pillows are bad. Staff members mentioned they are working on improvement since the got the property recently.

I spent the night here after a long drive. The hotel is clean and felt safe which is very important when traveling alone. The hotel has free wifi but it isn't password protected and is very slow. The bed was comfortable and overall was a good experience.

Sweety is the best front desk person! And the male manager is pleasant too. The room was clean, hotel was clean, and worth every penny to stay here! Good job!!

The night lady is the first person I've ever encountered here or at any other hotel I've ever stayed at that was absolutely ridiculous! She accused me of being loud while walking in, was rude to me every interaction!! Paid $80 at 12am put me on 4th floor with nothing but barking dogs. Went to get breakfast at 5am came back and she said I had checked out and couldn't call back into room. Threatened to call cops after she spoke to her manager, said she had 4 complaints about me but couldn't prove any of them. I asked her to call cops after speaking to them , they said they would not recommend anyone stay here bc the illegal activity that they get calls about very often. They were super friendly and felt their time was being wasted. . The rates for rooms have increased with zero improvements, I used to highly recommend this hotel but after tonight's stay with the employees working, NEVER again will I stay here! Rooms stink, no toiletries what so ever ,stained towels. Can't believe how down hill this place has become. I have copy of police report that states no complaints about me could be proven. I find it funny that this employee made up stuff just bc she didn't like me. After talking to 4 other guests so far they feel the same way about her.

Manager was amazing During check out. We had a few issues that were on my part and they handled them professionally very great spot to stay For a week! Thank you Canton Motel 6. your pet policies are amazing. They made me feel welcome even with my pets.!!

The front desk receptionist was not accommodating at all. The room itself smell bad did not have a mini fridge even though when I booked the room it said it had a mini fridge nor did it have a microwave. The overall experience was terrible.

I stayed here for 4 nights while on vacation. I booked it because it was the least expensive and I my expectations were low. Overall, my stay was great, minus the mattress being hard. I learned that the new management will be changing them out. The shower was hot with good pressure and the room was clean! Check in was easy and the staff here have all been friendly! As a solo female traveler, I felt perfectly safe too. No issues at all.

Terrible. Booked the room for 2 nights. Room never got cleaned for the second night had to turn in the used bath towels to get fresh ones. Tissue box was empty they said they ran out. No morning coffee. Fixtures in the bathroom were coming off the wall. I suggest hotels on the west side of 575 pricing is pretty much the same in this area.

stayed in room 304, the bathroom fan did not work for who nows how long before we stayed, which led to the bathroom being full of mold on the ceilings and on/in the walls. Holes in the walls from moisture were apparent in the bathroom where you could see mold growing all behind it. The walls around this area were squishy to the touch. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen from anyone who has a mold allergy, or is sensitive to mold.

I would like to say that at the motel six I received wonderful delightful service at all times the management here is outstanding and are honorable and kind my stays at this motel six feels like home. I’m very grateful for the people at the Motel 6 and they need to be recognized for their excellence in service.
